Who we are
EVADDON, also called Email Verification Add-on, is operated by Duffco Ventures LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use the add-on, the related support channels, and the billing flow.
Information we collect
- Your Google account email address, which we use to identify your EVADDON account.
- Account records stored in Firebase Realtime Database, including user ID, credit balance, payment metadata, and bulk job state.
- Purchase metadata needed to reconcile payments and prevent duplicate credit grants. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by EVADDON.
- Email addresses or list data that you explicitly submit for verification. Those addresses are sent to the active verification provider so the verification can be completed.
- Operational logs and support correspondence needed to debug issues, prevent abuse, and respond to customer requests.
How we use information
- To create and maintain your account, including signup credits and billing balance.
- To perform single and bulk email verification requested by you.
- To process credit purchases and verify successful payment completion.
- To maintain service integrity, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot problems.
- To provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.
Third-party services
EVADDON uses third-party processors to run the service. These currently include Stripe for payments and MillionVerifier for email verification and background bulk verification. These providers receive only the data needed to perform their role.
Spreadsheet data
EVADDON operates inside Google Sheets. The add-on reads and writes spreadsheet data only when you explicitly use its features, such as opening the sidebar, running a verification, or importing bulk results.
Retention and security
We retain account, billing, and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
